John L. Fink
John L. Fink has been an attorney since 2011 representing clients in business and commercial law, employment law, contracts, civil litigation, state administrative actions, arbitration, mediation, real estate, consumer law, and appeals. He holds a B.A. in Economics/Political Science from New College of Florida (2008) and graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota School of Law in 2011. Mr. Fink is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts.
Mr. Fink is an experienced civil trial attorney, regularly trying cases to final verdict, but more frequently to satisfactory and expedient resolutions. He represents a variety of clients in such areas as employment discrimination and wrongful termination, health and safety, hours of work and payment of wages, insurance, tort liability, and class actions. His particular areas of expertise involve complex litigation in commercial matters and handling all manner of employment-related legal issues on behalf of employers and employees. In addition, Mr. Fink handles appeals of administrative agency and court decisions and on behalf of his clients.
